Description
Colt SAA Revolver Converted to a Sheriff's Model.Serial no. 77100, 45 Colt, 3-inch barrel. Blued finish with case-hardened frame. Top of barrel reads COLT'S PT F. A. MFG. CO. / HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A. Two-line, two-date patent to left side of frame [evidence of other dates underneath]. Smooth walnut one-piece grips [18704 stamped on frontstrap under grips]. Gun manufactured in 1882.
Please note: Waiting on letter to confirm configuration.
Condition: Fine to excellent as refinished and refurbished. Faint tracking line present, minor scuffs and handling to grips. Colt markings are faint all around. The number "1" on the frame and triggerguard appear double-stamped. Action good, bore good.
