Description
Colt Lightning Model 1877 Double Action Revolver.Serial no. 102098 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .38 caliber, 6-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Three-line, three-date patent. Checkered hard rubber grips with carved Rampant Colt logo. Manufactured in 1896. From The Estate of Ronald Martin.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of wear and pitting. Scuffs and smooth checkering to grips. Noticeable scratch to left panel. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
