Floral border rolled in gilt and a star-and-scroll border rolled in blind, five raised bands, gilt red morocco lettering pieces, tan endpapers. Armorial bookplate of Edward Peto affixed to front pastedown. Wear to board extremities, with an abrasion to lower front board. Overall, a very good copy. From the library of American film actor Glenn Ford, with his armorial bookplate.
