Sumptuous three-quarter green morocco over marbled boards with gilt titles and rules and five raised spine bands. Top edges gilt, others uncut. Marbled endpapers. Some shelf wear, with very mild abrading to some spine leather, and rubbed corners. Spines a touch darkened. Short splits to the joints of two volumes. Rear fore-edge of board of volume one bumped, and rear hinge cracked. Overall, a very attractive, well-maintained set in very good condition.
