Octavo. [230] pages. Publisher's blue paper over boards, spine lettered in gilt, dust jacket. Minor rubbing to book's spine, front board lightly bumped at upper edge, text a bit toned. Still, a fine copy. Bester was a highly regarded writer in many fields, but is best remembered for his science fiction work (he won the first Hugo Award in 1953 for his novel, The Demolished Man).
