[The Holy Bible]. Biblia, Das ist: Die ganze Heilige Schrift, des Alten und Neuen Testaments. Nuremberg: Johann Andrea Endters, 1733. Folio. [74], 1,181, [1,182-1,184, Register], [1,185-1,204, Confession] pages, including two engraved titles and seven full-page engravings by Nunzer. Profusely illustrated with woodcuts in the text and woodcut initials. Contemporary pigskin over wooden boards with five raised spine bands, elaborately blind-stamped and titled on the covers, with decoratively-tooled metal cornerpieces with bosses (one cornerpiece missing), and two brass clasps attached by leather to the rear board, with one catchplate remaining on the front board. Moderate wear, soiling, and crazing to the binding. Contemporary annotations to one side, and partially on the other side, of each free endpaper. Front endpaper partially perished. Minor toning and dust-soiling to the text. Short marginal tears to a few leaves. A mostly clean copy in very good condition.
