Half-title imprinted "Published by order of the Legislature." English and French texts on opposite pages. Type and printers' ornaments conform to those used by Bradford & Anderson, printers to the Territory, on the half-title pages of Acts passed at the sessions of the first-second Legislature of the Territory of Orleans.
