Description
William McGuffey Autograph Letter Signed. Two pages, 7.5" x 10", Athens, July 17, 1843. Considered one of America's most influential educational authors, McGuffey writes in part: "In view of your being with us at our approaching Commencement, I have through that the following information might not be unacceptable. Our examinations will commence on the 24th inst." Moderate soiling and toning with uneven margins, flattened folds and moderate tearing caused at time of seal removal.Auction Info
