Benjamin West Lecture Pass Signed as President of the Royal Academy in London "Benj. West." 3.5" x 2.5", dated January 8, 1796. The noted artist and the second president of the Royal Academy in London endorses a printed lecture pass for an evening lecture at the Royal Academy. The partially printed pass features a red imprinted wreath encircling "Royal Academy London" and the text "Monday 8th Day of January 1796. Admit to the Lecture This Evening Mr. James Akin.
