Yitzhak Ben-Zvi Typed Letter Signed. One page, 5" x 7.75", on General Council of the Jewish Community of Palestine letterhead, in Hebrew, Jerusalem, April 21, 1944, to the town council of Tel Aviv, in full: "I confirm reception of your letter . . . and I would like to confirm that I will come to the council meeting on Wednesday the 26 of the month . . . to speak about the situation." Ben-Zvi (1884-1963) was the second president of the State of Israel as well as being the longest at nine years.Auction Info
