Description
Andrew Jackson Land Grant Signed "Andrew Jackson" as president. One page, partially printed on vellum, 15.25" x 9.75", Washington, D. C., December 2, 1830, granting "Logan Fish...Eighty Acres according to the official plat of the survey of the said Lands." Blind embossed paper seal of the Land Grant Office attached. Countersigned by Elijah Hayward as commissioner of the General Land Office. As is typical of Jackson, his signature is large and bold. Lightly toned along the folds with a small tear at the bottom right corner, else fine.Auction Info
