Lot of Three Assorted Military Bayonets. Comprising: 1) WWII German 98K Bayonet with Original Scabbard. Standard configuration with blued blade, left ricasso marked: JOS. CORTS SN; right side: 189/a. Pommel marked: WaA25. Brown phenolic resin gripscales. Slotted pommel with spring lock. Black enamel steel scabbard and unmarked leather frog. 2) U.S. Triangular Bayonet marked: U.S. on top with locking ring. Blued steel. Contained in original blued steel scabbard with black leather frog. and brass US rosette. 3) U.S.M 4 Bayonet by Imperial. No scabbard. Having a 6 1/2-inch spearpoint parkerized blade with false back edge. Crossguard stamped: U.S. M 4/[flaming bomb]/Imperial. Stacked leather grip. Locking pommel device. No scabbard. Condition: All are excellent as described and show light handling and storage wear. No. 2 with scattered light rust spotting on scabbard and frog with surface checking to leather. No. 3 lacking scabbard.
