Description
Colt Model 1878 Double Action Revolver. Serial no. 6474, .45 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with single-line Hartford address. Nickel-plated finish. Case-hardened hammer. Blued trigger. Prawl on backstrap. Factory Rampant Colt hard rubber bird's head grips. Lanyard ring. Condition: Fair. Retaining approximately 75-80% nickel finish with areas of metal turned brown on cylinder and some relief edges. Some silvered case-hardening remaining on hammer. Some screws marred.
