Description
Engraved Colt Model 1877 Thunderer Double Action Revolver. Serial no. 155608 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .41 caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and two-line Hartford address. Three-line, three-date patent and Rampant Colt logo marked on left side of frame. Nickel-plated finish. Elaborately scroll engraved. Blued hammer and trigger. Stag grips. Manufactured in 1904. Sold along with third party appraisal letter.Condition: Excellent as refinished. Very minor handling wear and light patches of pitting. Crisp action. Strong bore.
