Description
Lot of Two Single Shot Derringers. Comprising: 1) Unmarked Single Shot Derringer. Serial no. 1749 [barrel and butt], .32 caliber, 3 5/8-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight. Brass frame. Smooth walnut grips. 2) Merwin & Bray Single Shot Derringer. Serial no. 509, .22 caliber, 3 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight. Smooth walnut grips.Condition: Good. Finishes primarily a light grey age patina with noticeable pitting and wear. Scattered spotting to frames. Grips showing scuffs and dings, noticeable cracks to each panel of 1). Actions need adjustment.
