Vaughn Shoemaker: An Inscribed Copy, with an Original Drawing, of Shoemaker: Cartoons by Vaughn Shoemaker. ([N.p., Chicago: Chicago's American, Chicago Tribune-New York News Syndicate, n.d., 1966]). First edition, limited edition (this being number 1875 of an unspecified number of copies). With a full-page inscription and drawing on the front free endpaper to Eleanor. Quarto (9.5" x 7.5"). Illustrated with Shoemaker cartoons. Publisher's oatmeal cloth, illustrated and lettered in black. Color illustrated dust jacket. Book is in excellent condition, jacket slightly tired with rubbing and a few short tears and light soiling. Altogether, a very good copy with an charming sketch.
