Will James: An Attractive Inscribed Copy of Lone Cowboy: My Life Story. By Will James. Illustrated by the Author. (New York, London: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1930). First edition, inscribed and dated by the author on the front pastedown endpaper. Octavo (8.25" x 5.5"). x, 431 pages. Illustrated with wonderful western drawings by James. Publisher's green cloth, pictorially stamped in black on the front cover, and lettered in gilt on the front cover and spine. Front board slightly creased, spine sunned and a bit faded, otherwise a very good copy. Housed in a quarter morocco book-backed slipcase with the spine in compartments with five raised bands, and tooled in gilt.
