[i-vi], vii, [viii], ix, [x], 11-583, [584, printer's imprint], [16, undated publisher's catalog] pages. Publisher's red cloth (Currey B binding after the specially bound author's copies) with the front panel stamped in gilt and blind, the spine panel stamped in gilt, and the rear panel stamped in blind. Moderate soiling and light scuffing to the boards. Edges lightly worn and corners bumped. Text edges dusty. Very minor occasional foxing.
