Daffy Duck Sherlock II. Autograph limited edition cel. [Sherlock Holmes.] Daffy Duck Sherlock II. Autograph limited edition cel, 1984, (12 x 9.75 in.; 305 x 240 mm). Triple matted and framed. Daffy Duck as "Dorlock Holmes." Released in 1984, this twelve field cel of Daffy Duck as "Dorlock Holmes" is number 176 of a limited edition of only 200 pieces from Chuck Jones. Based on the character from the cartoon "Deduce You Say" it is signed by the legendary animator, Chuck Jones. The cel was released through the Linda Jones Galleries and the gold stamp of the gallery is at lower left corner. A Certificate of Authenticity of 7 September 1990 from Animation Sensations Cartoon Art Gallery in New Orleans, Louisiana is affixed to the back of the frame.Auction Info
