[Civil War]. Lincoln Proclamation Regarding Blockades. Printed orders (front and back of a single sheet), 5" x 7.5". Adjutant General's office, Washington, February 22, 1864. General Orders, No. 69 issuing Abraham Lincoln's proclamation issued on April 19, 1861 placing all ports in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas under blockade.

Condition:
Top edge unevenly trimmed, with file holes along left irregular margin, and minor toning.
