Measures approximately 12 x 9.5 inches. Fifteen numbered pages. Spine reinforced with contemporary straight pins. With one horizontal and two vertical folding creases. Some tearing to front cover, repaired on verso with clear tape. Foxed, creased, chipped and torn, with some separation at seams and minor edge loss. Contemporary owner's ink annotations.
