Erle Stanley Gardner Autograph Letter Signed "Erle." Four integral pages, 6" x 6.25", on his personal letterhead, [California], n. d., to "Louie" regarding the latter's upcoming nuptials to an associate of Gardner's, in part: "I hate like hell to lose the gal but I'm going to miss her if she waits until the first of the year just as much as I'll miss her if she pulls stakes tomorrow. So just don't let the business stand in your way." Gardner (1889-1970) was a lawyer and author known for his detective stories. Folds with some overall wrinkling.Auction Info
