YOUNG COWBOYS WITH CHAPS AND QUIRTS - CABINET CARD - ca. 1900. An interesting image of two young cowboys with very nice fringed chaps, tooled cuffs, and braided quirts. This cabinet card photograph is unmarked as to the photographer, and mounted on a gray card measuring 4.25"x 6.5". The men are posed in a studio setting with rough worn boots, meaning they are certainly working men, even if the gear was a prop. The photograph has only the identification "nevada" written in pencil on the reverse.Auction Info
