PHOTOGRAPH OF CHIEFS KICKING BEAR, SHORT BULL, AND THE MESSIAH This 5" x 7" photograph depicts the Indian chiefs Kicking Bear, Short Bull, and The Messiah on horseback in full regalia, especially the headdress worn by Kicking Bear on the left. Their ponies are also decorated for this occasion, which appears to be some sort of exhibition since there are cowboys to be seen in the background. The photograph is slightly faded at the left, but otherwise is in good condition with no tears evident.Auction Info
