Description
William McKinley: Group of Six Ornate Ribbon Badges. A superb selection of parade badges for the 1900 campaign, several with celluloid attachments. Also, a McKinley & Roosevelt Prosperity Parade ribbon for a one day event in Cleveland on Nov. 3rd. The largest of the group is from the Manhattan Electric Club ribbon with a choice 2" gold background jugate attached to the 2 1/4" by 7 1/2" ribbon. A very unusual parade badge says, "Doty & Scrimgeour Sound Money Club". Doty and Scrimgeour was a wallpaper manufacturing company based in NYC.Condition: Condition overall is fine to excellent.
