Description
U.S. Issue Five Button Blue Wool Fatigue Blouse with Accompanying Period Kepi, Circa 1890. Eagle buttons with mixed backmarks, but primarily Horstmann. Brown polished cotton lining, white sleeve lining with light blue pinstripes. Breast pockets on both sides. Both sides of the collar with buff color inset numeral one that were apparently covered for reissue, covering removed on one side. Overall condition near perfect with just a few tiny moth holes and missing one button on each cuff. The kepi has an unbound visor with Ohio state seal side buttons. Missing the lining else about perfect. Nice representative set.Auction Info
