Description
A Joined Pair of DucklingsColima
Ça 200 BC-200 AD
Burnished ceramic
4¼" High x 5¾" Wide
The vessel's spout is modeled between these two ducklings. The ducklings appear to be swimming. Ducks were favored models for ancient Colima sculptors. It is unusual to find ducklings. The object appears to be in very good condition with no visible flaws.
