Description
Apollo Command Module Environmental Control System Hardware: Temperature Transducer Power Supply, AiResearch Part 836066 (Contract NAS-9-150). A heavy metal box, 4.375" 3" x 2.5", with two multi-pin electrical connectors (marked J1 and J2). The metal ID plate shows the part number as "836066-3-1" and the serial number as "96-R2". Included are several pages copied from a 1973 abstract prepared by AiResearch for the NASA MSC titled "Environmental Control System Transducer Development Study". It describes its purpose as: "The temperature transducer power supply furnishes dc operating power and square-wave-type excitation voltage to the amplifier assemblies of the CSM temperature signal amplifiers."
