Description
Rifle/Shotgun Size Gun Stock Powder Flask Dixon & Sons Sheffield 8 1/4" overall copper body with 40% original lacquer, obverse with a few small shallow dents reverse with one tiny ding, tight seams. Embossed in the flask "No 94923" on one side near the top and on the other side at the same place a diamond broken into quadrants with "Rd" in the center surrounded by "J 7 3 C". Spring perfect, top marked "James Dixon & Sons Sheffield". Very nice example of this scarce flask.Auction Info
