Description
Rare Russian Prototype Helmet Casting. An interesting helmet worthy of further research. The helmet is roughly cast of aluminum or some other non-magnetic material, and displays design elements of both the Model 36 and the SSh-39 mass produced Russian helmets. A faint outline of a five-pointed star can be seen over the front hole, and other than that there are no foundry marks or additional identifying marks.
