Description
British No. 5 Mk I Bolt Action Jungle Carbine. Serial No. P2032, .303 caliber, 20 ½-inch barrel with standard military sight. Adjustable rear sight. Marked NO5MKIROF(F)/ 7/45 on the left side rail. Butt socket stamped England and no other marks present. Remnants of typical British painted on finish on the receiver and other metal parts. Wood stock with padded rubber buttplate and sling swivel.Condition: Good. The original finish is thin and worn. The wood has been sealed and bears the typical scuffs and scratches. The rubber buttplate is worn and chipped at the edges. Bright bore.
