Description
Arizona Territory: President of the United States Addresses Lawlessness in Arizona. A five-page offprint, 5.75" x 9," of "Message from the President of the United States Chester A. Arthur), Transmitting a Communication from the Secretary of the Interior, with Accompanying Papers, Relative to the Lawlessness Which Prevails in Parts of Arizona," February 2, 1882. This pamphlet is a U.S. House of Representatives printed document that has been disbound and rebound in stiff cardboard inside a red velvet-like cover. 2) Reprint of "Report of the Acting Governor of Arizona," June 30, 1881, to the United States Secretary of the Interior on the state of affairs in the territory, including lawlessness. The twelve-page pamphlet, 5.75" x 9,"with pages numbered 915-927, has been disbound from a larger publication.
