John Fabian T-38 Flight Suit Worn NASA "Meatball" Embroidered Mission Insignia Patch, with Handwritten Certificate of Authenticity. A rare 3" diameter (4" overall) embroidered patch with a cut edge and cloth back that was worn on a T-38 flight suit belonging to Fabian. Accompanied with the patch is a photograph of Fabian in a T-38 with flight suit and a handwritten letter of authenticity that reads: "This NASA patch was worn on one of/ my T-38 flight suits- presented 'as is' to/ indicates its uses/ From my personal collection/ John Fabian".
