Bell X-2: Flown Fragment of the Bell X-2 Starbuster Aircraft in an Illustrated Acrylic Display. A small fragment of the aircraft that was developed jointly by Bell Aircraft, USAF, and NACA. Designed in 1945 to research aerodynamic problems of supersonic flight. Display size is 4.25" x 2.75" x 1.5" with beveled edges. Nice desktop display. Excellent. From the collection of Lee Nunn.
