Apollo 13 Large Damaged Service Module Photo Signed by Lousma, Haise, Windler, Lunney, Griffin, Liebergot, and Deiterich, with Added Comments. A 20" x 16" silk finish B&W photo on Kodak Endura paper of the damaged SM taken from the LM/CM after jettisoning. It is signed in silver felt tip on the photo as follows: "We figure we've got about fifteen minutes of power left in the Command Module, so we want you to start/ getting over to the Lunar Module and getting power on that./ 'Mission Aborted April 14, 1970'/ Jack Lousma/ CAPCOM, Apollo 13" and "Short-circuited wires caused a fire, expanding gaseous oxygen and combustion products. April 14, 1970/ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP".

On the wide lower border are the following signatures in black felt tip: "Milton Windler/ Apollo 13/ Flight Director", "Glynn S. Lunney/ Apollo 13 Flight/ Director/ 'Black' Team", "Gerry Griffin/ Apollo 13 Flight Director/ Gold Team", "Sy Liebergot/ Apollo 13 EECOM/ White Team", and "Chuck Dieterich/ Apollo 13/ Retrofire Officer".
