Description

Lot of Three African Ethnographic Knives. Comprising three ceremonial or prestige examples from the Poto, Ngombe or Doko tribes, all with hand-forged blades with incised linework. All with wire or rattan wrapped carved wooden grips. One example with a fur-covered pommel. Lengths are 25 3/4-inches, 18-inches and 23 1/2-inches. Condition: All are good to very good with age wear, pitting, chips, cracks and patina.
