Description
19th Century Meerschaum Figural Soldier Pipe and Fitted Case. Meerschaum figural pipes frequently had military motifs. This pipe, measuring approximately 5.25" in length, features a carved bearded soldier wearing a kepi. Obviously favored by its owner, the tip is well chewed and the stem toned from handling. A small repair appears on the front of the bowl. The fitted case is worn, but the hinge and closure are in working condition. Very good.Auction Info
