Description
William Howard Taft: Two Portrait Plates. Both 7.25". One plate has a sepia portrait of Taft above his name. The other is a milk glass jugate plate with Taft & Sherman and painted patriotic borders. There is considerable wear to the transfers and paint on the milk glass plate. The other plate has minor surface wear, else near fine. From the Edward C. Gillette Collection.Auction Info
