Von Humboldt. Mexico and Internal Provinces. [Philadelphia: Cary & Lea, circa 1822-1823.] 21 x 17 inches (sight), matted and framed to an overall size of 28 x 24 inches. Alternatively titled Geographical, Statistical, and Historical Map of Mexico. Engraved by Young and Delleker. Based on Humboldt's map and prepared by J. Finlayson. Hand-colored, showing the early Texas settlements of Nacogdoches and San Antonio (noted as "Presidio de Bejar Capital of the Province of Texas") are seen in the province of San Luis Potosi. Geographic information given at the right and left sides.

Condition: Not examined out of frame. Lightly toned with minor cockling.
