Description

Gustav Mahler Autograph Letter Signed. One page, 4 ½ x 6 ¼ inches (sight), no place, no date. A letter in German to noted musicologist Ludwig Karpath. A brief letter saying regarding a possible meeting and adding that he may call in the afternoon. Signed, "Mahler." Matted and framed with a photograph of Mahler to an overall size of 16 ½ x 13 inches.

Karpath worked with many of the noted composers of his time including Mahler.

Condition: Lightly toned, with a single horizontal fold.
