Description
Millard and Abigail Fillmore Land Indenture Signed. One page, 10.25" x 16", Buffalo; July 20, 1844. A land indenture between Millard and Abigail Fillmore and Alonzo Armstrong in which "...the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and sixty Dollars...do...confirm to the said party of the second part...all that certain piece or parcel of Land situated lying and being in the Town of Evans..." Signed, "Millard Fillmore," and "Abigail Fillmore." Two red wax and paper seals affixed.Condition: Center fold has separated and been repaired on verso with tape. Creases on verso reinforced with tape. Stained and toned. Pencil notations on recto.
