Zeppelin Pins, Lot of Five, 1920s - 1930s, including: one, in metal, with a straight pin bearing the designation "L.Z. 129" (The Hindenburg), pinback and marked on the reverse "C.T.O. Ges. Gesch.", 1.5"; one, in plastic, 2.25"; one, in metal, with a straight pin bearing the designation "Graf Zeppelin D-L.Z. 127", 1 7/8"; on, handmade of aluminum with a pinback, 1.75"; and, one with an inset photograph of Hugo Eckner, the head of the Luftschiffbau Zeppelin during the inter-war years, and the commander of the famous Graf Zeppelin on most of its record setting flights, including the first airship flight to the Arctic and the first airship flight around the world, 1.75". The plastic airship has a broken lower rudder and minor damage to the gondola. The photo of Eckner has minor foxing, else all pins are excellent.
