This inscription is dated one month prior to the publication date of November 10, 1961. Octavo. 443 pages. Publisher's full blue cloth, spine lettered in white, dust jacket. Jacket spine toned and chipped, tape repairs to jacket verso, jacket panels thumbsoiled, toned, and chipped with several creased tears, cloth spine and binding rubbed and sunned at edges, some soiling to boards, gutter facing page [1] is starting. Endleaves somewhat foxed and offset. Still, a good copy.
