Subscriber's edition, limited to 900 copies, of which this is number 158. Quarto. [2, blank], [i]-xxvi, 1-275, [276] pages. Original red pebbled calf, gilt-tooled pictorial lion emblem lettered "Far & Sure" on front cover, front board and spine lettered in gilt, front and rear boards blind-ruled, original attached ribbon bookmark, all edges gilt. Boards rubbed with a few scuffs, light stain on front board, spine a bit darkened, all board edges rubbed and abraded with corners showing and roughness on spine head. Gilt on text block edges a bit dulled, gutter hinges cracked and over-opened between front free endpaper verso and front flyleaf as well as page [276] and rear free endpaper, some fraying to material on end of ribbon bookmark.
