Ronald Reagan: Bill Signing Pen and Letter. Framed billing signing pen, copy of the bill, and a Typed Letter Signed from Reagan addressed to Charles Radcliffe, Minority Staff Director Committee on Education and Labor. The pen was used to sign H.R. 3982, the Omnibus Reconciliation Act. The letter by Reagan expresses his appreciation of the crucial role Radcliffe played in its success, and is pleased to present him this pen as an appreciation of his work. The pen, bill and letter are framed to an overall size of 16" x 16.5".Condition: Bill and letter have edge toning, overall fine.
