Description
John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon: Pair of Fabulous 1960 Campaign Vests. These are terrific campaign artifacts from the 1960 Presidential race! Cloth campaign vests for Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy. The Nixon has "Vote Nixon and Lodge Experience Counts" printed on a campaign "button" and measures 17" x 24" complete with all three original tie strings present. The Kennedy in a different vest design reads on the right faux pocket "Vote" and on the left is "Kennedy" with "Worlds Best" suspended from a fob on chain. This vest measures 16.75" x 24.25", and also retains the three orignal tie strings. One would be fortunate to have but a single example of one of these scarce vests in their collection, but to own a pair in this superb, apparently unused, condition presents an extraordinary opportunity!Auction Info
