Description
Civil War Era Music Box with Feminist Connection. 13 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 4" music box believed to be by Nicole Frères. The lid has inlay featuring a bird-in-flight within a cartouche. The selection label pasted to the inside lists: Washington Crossing the Delaware March, Bloomer Waltz No. 2, Massa is in the cold ground by Foster and The Serious Family Polka. It is in working order and comes with the key to wind it up.Condition: Normal wear. There is a "loose screw" present, but we don't know where it goes and it apparently is not a critical component.
