Contains a blank back engraved political cartoon titled: "NEWS FROM AMERICA, OR THE PATRIOTS IN THE DUMPS." This political cartoon depicts the British ministry celebrating the capture of New York during the American Revolutionary War , while American patriots are shown in distress.
