Abraham Lincoln: 1864 Ferrotype Rosette Badge. 17 mm ferrotype of "A. Lincoln" within a roped frame, mounted to a red, white and blue silk rosette with three attached ribbons. The blue ribbon says "Union". The white ribbon has stars and the red ribbon says "Constitution." (some loss and fraying). Mounted to a paper card. The emulsion is mirror-like and highly reflective.
