Bell & Everett: One of Only Three Known Jugate Ribbon Designs for this 1860 "Union and Constitution" Ticket. Generally considered the most obtainable of the four jugates in this set, it is nonetheless a rare ribbon, particularly important because very few Bell ribbons of any design have survived.
